• Yacht hire for the day
• Evening sail experiences
• Business team-building escapes
• Exclusive gatherings
• Charters spanning several days

These offerings are contingent on their availability and prevailing meteorological conditions. We maintain the discretion to alter or cease services without notice at any juncture.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, the following requirements must be met:

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Must ensure all provided information is correct and complete
• Must submit the necessary deposit as indicated in the reservation confirmation
• Must accept the Terms & Conditions outlined

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation will only be established once payment has been made and you have received a confirmation in writing from us. We maintain the discretion to deny service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is dependent on the accessibility of the vessel and favorable meteorological conditions. We will endeavor to accommodate your scheduling preferences as feasibly as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All listed prices are in € and they fully include taxes unless specified otherwise. Note that prices can be adjusted at any time without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A payment of 50% of the total cost for the charter is required at the time of reservation
• Balance: The remaining amount is payable 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the charter
• Additional charges (if applicable): To be paid after the charter service is rendered

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept most credit cards, direct bank transactions, and certified cheques. Our payment processing utilizes safe, encrypted procedures.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• If cancelled more than 72 hours prior to departure: A complete refund will be issued minus transaction fees
• If cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of departure: A 50% refund will be issued
• If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

Should our captain determine that weather conditions pose a safety risk, the following options will be available:

• Rebook the charter for the next open date without any extra charges
• Issue a full refund when rescheduling is not an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should your reserved vessel experience mechanical issues, we will strive to arrange a comparable replacement. If no substitute is available, we will issue a complete refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

• Adhere to all instructions given by the crew
• Utilize the safety gear provided as necessary
• Disclose any health conditions that could impact their well-being
• Stay within the designated sections of the ship

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items below are not allowed on the vessel:

• Glass bottles or containers
• Controlled substances that are illegal
• Weapons or firearms
• Excess amounts of beverages (more than personal consumption)
• Animals (unless they have been authorized in advance)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave with consideration and politeness. The option to end a voyage prematurely and without a refund is reserved if a passenger's actions create a danger to safety or interfere with the enjoyment of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

The extent of our liability is restricted to the amount you have paid for the charter service. We hold no responsibility for:

• Injuries to the person which are a consequence of the passenger's own carelessness
• Any loss or damage to private belongings
• Any indirect, consequent, or punitive financial penalties
• Any hold-ups due to meteorological conditions or situations outside our influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We ensure our fleet and operations with comprehensive maritime insurance. It is the passenger's duty to secure their own travel and private insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

In using our charter services, you agree to the innate dangers associated with maritime activities and consent to take on the responsibility for safeguarding your own health and safety.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Our company retains the authority to adjust travel plans, including changing paths, schedules, or dates due to climatic conditions, for the safety of travelers, or due to service demands. All possible measures will be taken to offer equivalent substitution activities.

9. Force Majeure

Our organization bears no responsibility for disruptions, deferrals, or itinerary deviations that happen as a result of events beyond our control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather
• Catastrophic events
• Official governmental orders
• Shutdowns of seaports
• Breakdowns of machinery

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We manage your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our services, you agree to our collection and usage of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
