Each charter comes with a seasoned crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments. Depending on the type of service, inclusions vary—for example, evening cruises offer gourmet snacks and premium non-alcoholic drinks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and custom catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
Booking your charter 2–3 weeks in advance is advisable, particularly during our busy season, which runs from May through September. If you're organizing business events or personal festivities, reserving the yacht 4–6 weeks before your event date is best to ensure availability and allow for personalized arrangements.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should our captain judge the weather unsuitable for sailing, we will propose an alternative charter date or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if adverse conditions are predicted within 24 hours of your departure.
May I bring my own provisions?
Certainly, guests are permitted to carry their own food and drinks on board. We also offer tailored catering solutions with an array of culinary choices. For safety concerns, please be aware that glass containers are not allowed.
Is there yacht accessibility for guests with limited mobility?
We aim to be inclusive of all guests. Vessel accessibility varies, so it's best to confer with us regarding specific requirements. We'll suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary provisions to accommodate your needs.
What are your terms for cancellations?
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice will be fully refunded. Those occurring between 24–72 hours prior to departure are entitled to a 50% refund. However, cancellations made within less than 24 hours of departure are nonrefundable, except in cases of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our side.
