Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Complete refund except for service charges
Processing Time: 5-7 business days
Processing Fee: €50 applicable to credit card transactions
Conditions: Cancellation request must be submitted in writing through email or on phone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Half the entire cost of the charter
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Processing Fee: €25 subtracted from the refunded amount
Conditions: Cancellation requires a justifiable cause and admin fees apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: Refunds will not be available
Exception: We may consider exceptions due to urgent circumstances
Alternative: As per management's decision, credit for a future charter can be provided
Conditions: Documentation is necessary for emergency-based claims
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Ensuring safety is our main concern. Should the certified captain determine that weather conditions are not conducive for safe charter activities, we provide several flexible alternatives:
- Full Refund: If it's not feasible to reschedule, we provide a complete refund.
- Reschedule: You can reschedule your excursion for another available date without incurring extra costs.
- Charter Credit: Opt for a credit that is valid for a year from the initial date of your charter.
Weather Assessment Process
Our method for evaluating weather involves:
- Evaluating wind speeds and their direction
- Estimating wave dimensions and the condition of the sea
- Forecasting visibility levels and the likelihood of precipitation
- Adhering to Coast Guard advisories and alerts
- Taking into account the safety assessment by our professional captain
Decision Timeline: Determinations regarding weather-related cancellations are made no more than 4 hours before the planned departure time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Emergency Circumstances
We recognize that unforeseen medical emergencies may arise. Consideration for special cases is given for events such as:
- An unexpected illness or injury that necessitates hospital care
- A passing in the immediate family
- Urgent military deployment or reassignment
- Being summoned for jury service or receiving a court subpoena
- Natural calamities that impact travel arrangements
Documentation Requirements
To apply for an emergency refund, we require the submission of:
- A medical statement or documents from a hospital
- If relevant, a certificate of death
- Orders from the military in official form
- Notifications of court orders or jury duty
- Travel advisories or declarations of an emergency
Processing: Requests for emergency refunds are handled and completed within a timeframe of 3 to 5 working days after receiving the necessary documentation.
Operational Cancellations
Mechanical Issues
Should the vessel you are assigned to encounter unfixable mechanical issues:
- Alternative Vessel: Efforts will be made to provide a similar vessel
- Full Refund: Provided when an equivalent option is not available
- Partial Refund: Offered if the replacement vessel is differently priced
- Compensation: We may provide extra compensation due to the inconvenience
Crew Unavailability
On the rare occasion that certified crew are not available:
- A substitute crew will be found if possible
- A full refund will be given if the charter is unable to go ahead
- Rescheduling will be available at no extra charge

Payment Method
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Bank Transfer Processing
€25 charge applies to all bank transfer refunds
International Processing
Extra charges may apply to international refunds
Charter Credits
When Credits Are Offered
Credits for charters might be issued as an alternative to refunds in certain situations:
- Late cancellations (under 24 hours notice)
- Cancellations due to weather conditions
- Voluntary rescheduling by the clients
- Operational interruptions
Credit Terms
- Validity: Valid for 12 months from the issue date
- Transferability: Not transferable to others
- Value: Equivalent to the full charter cost (without processing charges)
- Usage: Usable on any available charter option
- Expiration: Cannot be extended past 12 months
Refunds for Partial Services
Disruptions in Service
In the event that your rental is discontinued or cut short due to factors we can manage:
- Partial refund corresponding to the time not used
- Credit toward a future rental of the same value
- Free services or higher-tier upgrades
Interruptions Caused by Guests
Should the rental end prematurely owing to guest misbehavior or infringement of safety measures:
- No return of funds for the unutilized period
- Entire payment is still required
- Possible extra costs
Settling Disputes
To contest a refund judgment, you can:
- Ask for an assessment from our supervisory staff
- Hand in supplementary evidence or details
- Engage with consumer advocacy groups
- Look into legal options as per the law

Our staff will confirm receipt of your inquiry within a day, evaluate it based on this policy, come to a decision within two days, and issue accepted refunds within our specified timelines.
